completely agree, we ran different zones and threw numerous bodies at Lebron. Shit it seemed like a different person fucked with Lebron every game. first 2 games was mainly Marion, the Jet got hot .
I love that.
So why do you run a zone skip? hahah Skip didnt know shit.

Lebron of this season would've destroyed Dallas last season.

get the fuck outta here with that weak shit
Dallas wasnt the same team this year (Chandler, Barrea, Stevenson, etc.) . 3 weeks ago everyone was saying Lebron was gonna get beat by the Pacers.

What the fuck does this year's Dallas team have to do with anything? Do you actually read other people's posts?

ok so Dallas beats Heat with Lebron, Bosh and Wade, but it doesnt really matter because Lebron started reading the Hunger Games this year.......
Bullshit
The Heat looked better in the playoffs last year than they did this year, they got lucky they came across a young Thunder team and that Harden played awful. Acting like Lebron James figured it all out and became a new basketball player over this year is assinine. Ok so Lebron actually made his jumper in the 4th quarter this year.
He didnt against Dallas and thats all that matters. Ill take 2011 Mavs over 2012 Heat all day.

Freak you realieze you are making the same argument Skip Bayless makes, just watch what Cuban says, he is right. We played a completely different scheme against them and shut them down.

Disagree. '12 Heat > '11 Mavs.
-2nd year of playing together -Lebron getting over the 4th quarter hump -Lebron continuing to grow as a player (elbow & post game) -Less Bibby & House, more Chalmers & Battier

Lebron did all that stuff you mentioned, without Chandler, Terry, Marion, and Desean Stevenson hounding the living shit out of him. OKC tried to play them straight up cause they have so much athleticism. Lebron James wasnt just missing shots cause he has a mental collapse. Watch games 3,4,5 and 6 again, we shut him down (for Lebron standards) and gotta disagree on the 2012 Heat being better than 2011 because of this years Pacer and Celtic series. Lets face it Celtics were a dead team walking and nearly beat them.

your right on the Bibby and 2nd year parts though. But tell me this one thing. Who stops Barrea from killing the Heat I dont think Norris does.

It's not as simple as some are making it seem. 2011 Mavericks have to be the most wrongfully discredited championship team i've seen since 1999 Spurs or maybe those Houston Rockets teams. They were a great group that had pretty much a facelift and aged another year. The 2006 Miami Heat team is the only WTF championship team.
Last seasons Mavericks team was much better than this years Thunder team. Hell, they beat virtually the same team in 5 last season.
Mavs just had more to throw at them. Real interior defense, a lot of size, rebounding, and a lot of depth in the front court and backcourt. Smart and diverse defensive schemes. Obviously a monster performance from Nowitzki who could not be slowed down. Durant was very good but he was kind of slowed down. There really isnt a defense for Dirk's fadeaway off one foot. Good mix of attacking the rim and getting open threes.
Thunder only had 2 guys doing anything, and it's hard to say that Westbrook was good in the series. The other guys just didnt do anything. Harden showed up in a couple of games.
Maybe the Heat do better if they could hit open shots and make free throws like this year, but to think they would "destroy" last years Mavs team is a complete joke considering they went 7 with a well over the hills and far away Celtics team. They didnt play a team as good as last years Mavs team this year.

Cuban wasn't right. Lebron posts up much more now than last year. He also doesn't choke like he did.

Guys with a healthy Bosh the Heat would have beaten the Celtics in 5. KG went ape shit on the Heat because there was no 1 to guard him. The Celtics although old have a shit load of talent still and have the heart of a champion because they are champions. I think way to many people discount just how tough the Celtics really are.
