| Who dont destroy Tito on his feet. Tito GNPed the shit out of him and if he was in better shape he would have done it the third round also. Neither looked great but what the hell lets see a third. | |

Griffin's standup looked really sloppy for some reason. Even though Tito had nothing for him on the feet he was still getting shots off in the first 2 rounds which really shouldn't of happened. Also Forrest really needs to learn to stop taking that amount of damage in the guard. You think he would have learned from his first fight with Tito and Rashad. Forrest really impressed me though with sweeps from the bottom and out maneuvering Tito on the ground to get back up to his feet.

| Forrest by no means looked great. He put together some nice combos (granted it was against tito) and looked real good on his back. A solid bounce back performance. | |

I think that was more Tito being sloppy on the ground than Forrest out maneuvering. Tito lost positions that a few years ago he would have never lost and lets just face it he isnt no where near where he used to be.

| Forrest always looks sloppy to me. I'm happy he got this one back and back in the win column, but Rua would destroy him now. | |

Rua and just about any elite fighter in the 205 division. Forrest is still susceptible to takedowns as ever. Any elite fighter would GnP him to death on the ground.

| Keep in mind Forrest was fighting with a broken foot. That probably effects your stand up, especially when you kick more than anything else. | |

my thought exactly. I expected it from tito but damn forrest just keeps getting slower and slower looking IMO. Fuck forrest rocked tito a few times and backed up to reset every time. I think forrest should try a new camp just on a part time bases to switch up his game.

| Wait, wiat, wait! When has Forrest ever looked fast? He and Keith Jardine, are not known for their speed, they are known for their toughness and tenacity. Plus he was fighting with a broken foot. Tito, just looked winded after the second and looked kinda like a deer in the headlights for part of the first. Still the fight was not very exciting. | |
