What is it about these fights that makes you guys think they should be included as the most significant of this month. Maybe they will be good, but there isn't a single guy in the top 20 or maybe even 30 among them.

Are you saying that Johnson and Barry are ranked higher? They might be, but in a shittier division. IMO Barry vs Johnson and Bang vs Hardy is the same fight, different weight class. I just figured CB vs Mayhem was close to a pickem fight. Also I need more fights to pickup wins.

I think Berry Johnson, a fight between two fighters coming off of wins instead of multiple losses, is a small step bigger and is also on the main card of prime time network TV instead of being one of the weaker fights on the under card.

Yeah I can see why you wouldn't add the suggested fights. But they both seem like interesting matchups that feature fighters even most noobs know. I understand why you would leave them off. But we have had some months that we have a hard time scrapping together some good ones. Why not get it while it's good? Your call, understandable either way.

So we could make the argument that Johnson vs Barry doesn't deserve to make the cut either? But just looking at rankings where are guys like Gono, Baker and Straus?

I honestly didn't give it too much thought as I was picking and choosing. I didn't think about any kind of qualifications. Just fights at first glance that I thought would be fun picks. But whatever you choose to do. Do what you think is best, you do a great job in this section.

I know. I'm just sayin. I didn't even consider rankings when I was picking my list. Just looking at the fights and choosing which ones I thought would be best to pick off the top of my head.

i put more fights than i normally would because of the amount of fights we had to pick in last 2 months some of which shouldnt have sniffed teh GOR. Basically I am saying GOR was big name or top fighters but seems like its turning into pickem light.

Yeah there were some weak months, I try to do a minimum of 10 fights a month so there is additional leeway to people records.
