| Machida is 1-4 in his last 5 fights coming off a loss. I don't want to see him against Gus at all.

That didn't stop them trying to make Hendo vs. Machida. Despite his recent form Machida is still an elite LHW. |

| Losing to an up and coming fighter after such a skid would pretty much guaranteed to get him cut from the UFC. I'd like to see him in a less risky fight until he stops sliding. | |

| Wasn't Thiago V Rampage supposed to happen before Silva got popped, that would be a war.

I agree. Rampage vs Thiago would equal fireworks.

And Machida is the only person who's even come close to winning a round against Jon. |

When you say oh he only had 2 real losses and then should be another 2 in a 5 fight window then it looks pretty bad. Oh and Bonnar won a round vs Jones.

| Bonnar won a round against Jones after being thrown around like a ragdoll and beaten into a living death with such severity that Jones gassed out(likely to do with the suplex slams). Bonnar just happens to be ultra durable otherwise Bones probably would have finished him that fight(Bonnar has been stopped only twice, both due to cuts rather than being unable to defend himself/knocked out/submitted). | |

Don't disagree, but my statement is still true.

Don't disagree, but my statement is still true. Your statement is true in the same sense that saying Matt Hamill is the only man to have beaten Jon Jones in MMA.

No Stephan Bonnar actually won the round. He outperformed Bones for a 5 min period. 2 out of 3 judges said so. That is what Ali was referring to with Machida doing/ almost doing. This has no relevance or symmetry to the Hamill/Jones fight.

| Silva won't be moving laterally and you know Rampage will come straight forward, that is the fight to make, both coming off losses, make Bonnar V Gus as well, since the LHW title is tied up until at least August with Henderson getting the winner on the 21st | |
