pretty big, they originally claimed they would not run a presidential candidate for fear of military backlash.
My guess is we are about to see this guy get elected President and the military won't allow it.

rockets got fired from the Sinai yesterday and the Egyptian military was scrambled to look for them, if the Sinai becomes a terrorist zone, Egypts military is going to intervene pretty quick, hopefully.

Well it has happened, the Parliament elected to write the Constitution has been suspended indefinitely because it has been ruled that the Constitution would be to radical.

Also Hosni Mubaraks VIce President has just announced he is running for president. Looks like the Egyptian army and government arent going to let the Muslim Brotherhood take over.

Well the Egyptian military stars they are shaking up the newly formed parliament and will play as large role in the elections ....

looking like the army is about to smack down the MB ... can't say I blame them. Egyptian army has pretty much protected their people, fought honorably in Yom Kippur War and then led to peace between Israel. Radical nut job elements killed former President Sadat (Zawahiri AQ #2 was involved). Mubarak took over for 30 years and was finally forced out.....BUT the military isn't about to let islamic nut jobs fuck up Egypt.
