| Diaz burying himself deep today imo. What were these 209 guys thinking letting Diaz even speak here. All these people who claim he is intelligent, really? Really? Diaz case was wafer thin before, it is worse after today. | |

| I would imagine he helped himself. If i was a judge i would notice within a few minutes that Nick has ADHD bad. I wonder if he rambled on and ended up talking about a marathon orriding his bike? | |

| Diaz suspension upheld until February 2013. Losses 30% of bonus winnings from February fight with Condit. | |

| That's pretty spotty. Can Dial fight in Brazil or outside of the country without pissing off the NSAC? It would be nice to see him fight this year. | |

- Most likely, Nick will be fined 30 percent of $200k and $65k *bonus* ... the order for that should come down within next two weeks.
The $65k bonus was not a fight night bonus. It was part of a $300k bonus Diaz received from the UFC for not missing 143 press conferences
According to Kizer, he was told Diaz lost PPV incentives after noshowing St. Pierre pc. The $300k bonus made up for those losses at 143.

I breezed over that part the first time I looked at this. $300k for not missing the presser to make up for him blowing them off last time? ahherr, that took a few hours off my life. He's been in two UFC fights and there were a total of 680,000(400K and 280K) PPV buys.
