| I don't really view Lauzon as an underdog for this fight, it's pretty even IMO.
As for Guillard those two loses were partly his fault for letting his emotions get the better of him. |

As for Guillard those two loses were partly his fault for letting his emotions get the better of him. why? Because he's a talented Lightweight who's got alot of momentum behind him, plus Pettis didn't exactly dazzle against Guida. |

What about when he lost the same way too Nate Diaz, what about when he lost the same way to Rich Clementi, why can't we just all agree that Guillard just sucks at sub defense and will never be a top guy??

So since Joe won his last fight and Pettis didn't? That makes them equal in talent? I disagree, more to both guys then just their last fight.

| Pettis beat Stevens anyway and showed improved offensive wrestling. Joe will make this a fun fight though so we won't have to worry about that | |

| Back on topic.
I think Joe can sub Pettis if he can get him to the ground, and who knows, if Joe connects he can hurt Pettis too. Maybe he can surprise him.

| Who, Pettis? He hasn't fought since the Stevens W. How dare you insinuate he could possibly lose to Sam Stout | |

I thought you were talking about Lauzon beating Stevens? Using that to show improved striking. So I said didn't he lose to Stout after that(he did)? I guess I missread whatever you were saying. Both guys have fought Jeremy Stephens.

| No I meant Pettis showed improved offensive wrestling in the Stevens fought after somebody brought up Guida smothering him | |

Yeah my bad, I forgot all about the recent fight between Pettis and Stephens. I remembered the Joe vs Stephens fights so I just assumed you were talking about Joe.

| If you look at the upcoming LW schedule, this has to be pretty much a de facto #1 contender fight for Pettis. He wins, he's getting the winner of Edgar-Henderson. Diaz-Miller isn't even happening until May | |

Right now, I'm at the point where this fight means something to me, I have something to prove against Joe Lauzon, so this is a rematch I'm asking for. Right now, I'm looking to watch the fights in Japan and I'm praying that he loses to (Anthony) Pettis because I want a rematch against Joe Lauzon. I don't want to fight nobody next but Joe Lauzon. I don't even care how it goes, I just want to see Pettis win and I want an immediate rematch with Joe Lauzon. Hopefully, I can get that rematch by fourth of July in Vegas."
