| I think Soko's problem is that he is too big for LHW and too small for HW. He carries almost no fat at all at LHW, and this has to be why his cardio sucks. He was kicking Cane's, Babalu's and Mousasi's ass in the first round. In the second, he fell apart in each fight. He landed a real hard shot early in the Mousasi fight if I recall correctly. I gave him the round up until that pimp ass trip in the closing seconds, then it is a toss up. | |

Soko pisses me off .. I mean what the hell does he do for training .. how can he not get his cardio up and work on a ground game .. Soko did not take any damage in the first round but he was exhausted before the 2nd round even started.. Oh, and soko won the first round btw... I disagree. I dont think Soko did enough to be declared the winner of the 1st round. All he did was counter a takedown and roll out from under Mousasi one time.
He didnt inflict hardly any damage to Mousasi at all, where as Mousasi out-struck and out-grappled him both standing and on the ground throughout the whole fight.
IMO Soko is on steroids or something. There's no excuse for him to look like he's in that good of shape and then gas as quick as he did. He's got good power yes...but no durability. ROIDS! lol I just rewatched it ... the striking I wouldnt lean either way to be honest.. maybe soko actually But soko also had 3 take downs, two horrible guillotine choke attempts which was in turn revearsed .. but soko was able to scramble out of them as well.. and soko was the one pushing the pace.

from what I described .. I would have given the first round to soko .. I am not saying that Soko beat the shit out of him in the first round .. Soko didnt look as good against Machida.

| The 1st was close, but pointless to argue it since Soko's arms were flailing while he was getting drilled to a stoppage in the 2nd. | |
