shad will loose against jones but he has a better chance than hendo does. hendo may have "earnd" a shot but its not like he is gonna have anything to offer jones. he should of take the fight with lil nog. heck i wouldnt of been surprised if lil nog would of subbd hendo again from how focusd he was in his last bout. either way, put hendo in a main event n if he doesnt get the h bomb then we will see the same hendo from the last fight/shields fight/franklin fight just tryin to survive to win the fight in the later rounds

I've said this from the get go. Rashad has the best shot of beating Jones. He mixes his wrestling and quick hands together better than anyone in MMA right now. Jones is and should be a favorite, but Rashad is a live dog.

+1
jones already faced great striking in rua/power punching/boxing in page/ accurate strikers wit speed in machida n good wrestlers in bader. now comes a guy with good wrestling/ko power/speed along with experience in shad, well he has a better shot than anyone else in the lhw division. shad will lose and there will be no one left for jones so hw seems the right direction. that or super fight with anderson new years eve.

Rashad doesn't even have close to as good a shot at beating Jones as someone like Machida. He's giving up like a foot of reach and his wrestling isn't going to cut it. This has Rashad just lunging in with overhands that miss by half a mile all over it

Is an almost 1 year wait at his age a good idea though? he's on fire and should keep the momentum.
at his age its best to wait for the tittle shot while he still has the chance. title shots don't come a dime a dozen, unless your KenFlo. Why risk losing

Former Strikeforce light-heavyweight champion Dan Henderson has put himself in limbo, according to UFC president Dana White.

"Dan Henderson's in a position right now where it looks like he wants to wait for Jon Jones," White said today.

Earlier this month, White said Henderson (29-8 MMA, 5-2 UFC) turned down a fight with Antonio Rogerio Nogueira at UFC on FUEL 2.

Henderson soon after defended his decision in an interview with Clinch Gear Radio, saying he thought it was undecided whether he or Rashad Evans would get the first crack at champ Jon Jones and that he didn't think a fight with Nogueira was interesting for the fans.

Henderson also clarified that he would have taken the fight had it been three rounds instead of the five-round length currently in place for headlining fights.

Of course, that was before Evans secured a title shot by beating Phil Davis at this past Saturday's UFC on FOX 2.

Many speculated Henderson might have raised the ire of White by turning down the fight against Nogueira. But to hear the UFC president, it's the fighter's choice to wait.

In his most recent performance, Henderson served up an instant classic against Mauricio "Shogun" Rua at UFC 139, fighting five rounds of grueling back-and-forth action before claiming a unanimous decision. It was his first UFC bout after two years in Strikeforce, where victories over Renato "Babalu" Sobral, Rafael "Feijao" Cavalcante and Fedor Emelianenko made him a champ and a hot commodity.

Jones and Evans are expected to fight at UFC 145, which takes place April 21 in Atlanta. That means a late summer or fall return could be in the cards for Henderson.

Well, we know who Dana's money is on for Jones-Evans...or did he give away the scriped result?
