- I have always been against fighters being stood up when they are active from the guard, but what Woodly was doing was the perfect example of a fighter stalling. People like to bag on Fitch and his pitty patter punches in guard, but atleast he throws punches. Woodly last night for 20 or 30 seconds periods didnt even attempt to throw a punch or try to pass guard.
Woodley represents every stereotype that follows wrestlers in MMA. He is the pure definition of lay n pray. I was excited to see what he would develop into in his Challengers days when it looked like he was putting together a dynamic game with strikes, feverish pace, explosive takedowns, and submissions but that has disappeared in his last 5-6 fights when the competition went up and pretty much all he has is his wrestling base and some good style matchups.

He does show flashes here and there of what could have been. Like that takedown fake to a sneaky right uppercut he landed on Mein last night. They are few and far between, though.

| Rockhold is growing on me, he looked good, as good as he should of against a guy like Jardine. Good KO, not a huge problem with that stoppage though I likely might of stopped it my self when he was down on one knee.
Lawler has asthma? okay. Nice KO. King Mo looks like the cream of the SF LHW, him vs Fejao when his arm heals should be good. Mousasi vs Kyle. It's good that there are no elite WW's in SF right now, will help these guys like Scaffadine and Woodley and Mein develop at an appropriate pace because none of them currently look ready to make that step up to world contender yet. The Larkin stoppage was two punches too many and not worth gruffing about because two punches is 0.8 seconds. The split decisions were questionable for some of those earlier fights.

| Too much bitching about when fights are stopped after this weekend. Refs are terrible no matter if a fight is stopped too early now or too late it seems. Trevor Smith is appealing his loss because he "told the ref not to stop it unless he was out cold", fuck off. Jardine and Larkin should of been stoipped 1.032 seconds sooner, whatever. There is no such thing as a perfect ref, never has been never will be. | |

| Please, Kim Winslow is an incompetent fuck that has no business being in the cage. Much like Smith, I thought she was jumping in to stop it because of the numerous punches to the back of the head. I couldn't believe it was actually over. She sucks | |
