| Watch Peyton get traded to the Redskins(about the only team other than Dallas who can afford to pay Peyton in the NFC) and we see 4 years of Manning on Manning games. | |

| he won't be traded, they'll either keep him or cut him before his $28m is guaranteed.
manning can afford to be picky if he hits free agency so i'd imagine that rules out the skins.

And if we can get another good pass rushing DE to play opposite Sheard...we are going to have one seriously good D-line. No way Colt is the long term answer. They need to take Griffin.

manning can afford to be picky if he hits free agency so i'd imagine that rules out the skins. You think the Colts will just let him walk onto free agency where he might end up in their own conference or even their own division? Not a chance. There's a reason Joe Montana finished his career in KC, why Favre was traded to the Jets, why Warren Moon got traded to the Vikings, etc etc etc. Game changers usually get traded to the other conference or at the very least outside of the division and for good reason. Free Agency is a huge risk.

| to be honest, i think they only offload him if they think he isn't going to be healthy. you don't ditch peyton manning and go with a rookie unless you think peyton manning can't do it anymore.
CBS mock drafts now both have us taking OT Reilly Reiff at number 9. this makes more sense than their previous mocks as colombo was a serious liability at RT last year whereas the DL was as strong as most in the league.
i'm also quite glad fisher chose the rams as another dour cunt with a shit moustache was not the way forward.

| RT is probably the biggest need after QB and taking a punt on matt flynn looks like the only way we might get a franchise QB this year.
unless there's a star FS or CB available that would seem the most sensible pick though i don't suppose it will sell tickets.
