| The UFC has not ruled out co promoted fights under the new Strikeforce UFC regime. I am sure the Fox deal prevents UFC branded titles from being contested on SF cards but if they did an "Aldo vs Faber" brandless defense of the world fly or bantamweight titles, those belts that carry little interest to UFC buyers could still spice up and develop further in Strikeforce. Especially fly.
Maybe flyweight should a Strikeforce weight class for now... | |

| It's already too small(no pun intended) and relatively new/weak division at this point. There's no reason to split it between promotions. | |
