| That was a beautiful armbar for real. I thought he could have gotten it as he was to start with some hip extension but the way he rolled it over and how quickly he popped the elbow was fucking incredible. | |

You better come better then that. There have been a shitload of them tonight. Fights have been great though minus those. This card lacked big names but it has delivered so far.

| Mayhem's striking looks pretty shitty although he did manage some overhands and definitely won the round | |

| Mayhem is done unless he can get it to the floor. He looked tired already in round one and its just continuing | |

| layoff clearly playing a factor here. Mayhem has zero history of gassing. | |

| Yeah his cardio is usually outstanding but definitely could have some adrenaline dump issues coupled with that layoff | |

| I really think that had all to do with Miller having an extremely uncharacteristic lack of gas in the fight. | |

| What a poor showing, adrenaline dump, this a veteran of 42 fights, how do you come in like that, his striking looked horrible, I thought he would put up a better fight then that, Bisping showed the complete lack of power he has. | |

| Zero history of gassing? Miller was known to always gas earlier in his career.

| example?
i havent seen it.
and when you say early in his career...that can be as far back as 10 years ago and not exactly relevant to the many fights..especially grueling, mainly grapling bouts with Jake Shields and Jacare where he didnt gas at all he has had in the past few years.

Frank Trigg and Chael Sonnen off the top of my head.

| He didn't gas against Chael, he got stifled by vastly superior wrestling and repeatedly takendown/clinchfucked. Plus that fight was eight and a half years ago... | |

| I'm not sure that Sonnen fight...i guess everybody looks tired when they are on their back or getting pressed against the cage the entire time.
Maybe with the Trigg fight, but that could be attributed to the fact that Trigg had hurt him and came close to finishing him in round 1 if i remember correctly. Soccer kicks to the head can take a lot out of any man and Trigg did land some in the first as well as GnP.
Tonight, Miller was gassed before he got off the stool for round 1 and had owned the first round. I call it extremely uncharacteristic gas leak.
Miller didnt look stiff and incredibly drained in either fights or any fight i've seen him in until tonight considering Bisping didnt or land much in the first.
