I just seen a picture of him with Forrest Griffin and he looks like he lost 30 or 40 pounds. He must have really took that loss to Mir serious and decided to get into a bit of shape. He isnt cut but u can tell he trained alittle bit for this fight.

He's still supposedly coming in at like 245, I don't think a cut is coming. This is another one of those guys that to me doesn't have the skill to fight at 205 anyway. Better off being an in shape heavy

Forrest has never seemed to be effected by the cut. He doesn't look like a zombie and he doesn't gas. Seems like he cuts weight the right way.

Roy Nelson: Biologically? I'd have to lose muscle. That's one thing people don't pay attention to is like I wouldn't do a gastric bypass but I'd have to literally cut off my leg and I'd be a one-legged 205-er but I'd still do pretty good.
