I might have ranked him too high but , that's only because I am impressed with his ability and composure. |

Yes sir. Sonnen has beaten better 185lbs than Henderson has.
Okami, Nate, and Filho were all in the top 5 when Sonnen beat them.
The only top 10 MWs Hendo beat were Bisping and Misaki. Yeah, but if Sonnen and Henderson fought who'd win? I think Henderson wins fairly untroubled. |

Yes, but you can't use what if logic when you do rankings. You must go by what they actually accomplished to date.

| Sonnen would almost definitely beat Henderson. He's a good enough wrestler to avoid a takedown with MUCH better cardio. As long as he avoids the big knockout, he wins that fight by taking the second and third rounds just like Rich Franklin did (I know 2 of the judges disagreed with me on that fight, but Franklin absolutely won). | |

Wrong wrong wrong. Hendo's clinch game would negate Sonnen's. They'd stand and trade and Hendo would win. TKO late or most likely a decision for Hendo.

| The fights have been coming with high frequency and will continue to throughout the spring and summer. April and May will be loaded with high end fights. Saturdays fights are close but they can represent a good starting off point for the next round as they would as ends for this round. The idea was for timing to correlate with divisional rankings. For my two cents, I want rankings either quarterly or bi-monthly regardless of events surrounding those dates.
Anyways, I got a table I'll drop soon so anyone who hasn't voted should do so soon.

He went 5 rounds with Rampage, all 3 rounds with both Franklin and Palhares. Sonnen didn't look too fresh after 3 rounds with Marquart. He gassed horribly during all 3 fights you mentioned. Particularly the Franklin fight, which was the most recent of those fights. And Sonnen was good to go for longer if he had to.

| Sonnen looked pretty shot to me in his post fight interview. He even admitted to being a little shaken up. IMO Marquart has a great chance to win if it goes 5 rounds. | |

| No one has anything to be ashamed of by being gassed after 5 hard fought rounds with Rampage, at 25 OR 39 for that matter. Palhares gave Hendo a hell of a fight and so did Franklin with those body kicks. Whereas Sonnen took minimal damage(excluding the choke attempt and the cut) and still looked like he'd been the one getting smashed for three rounds. | |
