| I think Big Country whoops em both. I like him. Hope he doesn't do me dirty against Struve. He should get him down and tap him though. Struve is a young dude and I can see him making noise in the near future so that is gonna be an interesting fight. | |

I was saying it too. Just to ,yself. not to you all. I have always liked him. He had AA where he wanted him in that fight. I think he could have won that and got a bad break by the ref.

| 1. Fedor Emelianenko - Has had the opportunity to show little of what he showed as the most dominant champin inPride the last five years, but is still unbeaten
2. Brock Lesnar - Barring poor ref stoppage and experience would still be undefeated and is possibly the scariest heavyweight and the biggest A-hole in the division
3. Shane Carwin - Strong chin, heavy hands, good wrestling, and a positive light in the muddled division
4. Cain Velasquez - One of the best of the newcomers along with Carwin and JDS
5. Frank Mir - Showed weakness of game plan or the beginning of a descent into mediocrity
6. Junior Dos Santos - Along with Cain, is the future of the division
7. Big Nog - Is showing his age, but is still a capable fighter
8. Brett Rogers - Hasn't really gotten to show his ground game, but showed heart to go along with his heavy punching ability
9. Fabricio Werdum - Possibly the best grappler in the division with questionable stand up
10. Roy 'the Gut' Nelson - Keeps disproving everyone, with heavy hands, tough chin, solid grappling, a better gas tank than expected, and an appetite for destruction! (sorry for the GNR reference, I couldn't help it)

Maybe because he only lost to the best fighter at 205 and Rashad where he was close to knocking him out. He rightfully deserves his ranking IMO. I agree with you on Hardy and Swick though.

Really? I think compared to MMAweekly and Yahoo they are decent. No other site even gives 135 and 125.

| With the exception of some placement I never really have too big an issue with Sherdog's rankings. Not sure why the disagreement with Thiago Silva at 8? The only one I really disagreed with when going over it was Hardy still being at #4. That's stupid | |

| Koscheck should be ahead of Hardy.
I don't really see the problem with Thiago Silva at #8 |

| Thigao is def top 10, no shame in losing to the best LHW in the World and Rashad whose top 5. he did well against Shad considering his injury too, I think he'd win a rematch. Nobody made huge moves below him to move ahead of him, he's 8-10 IMO. | |

| Thiago finally deserves to be ranked after knocking Jardine out of the top ten and then his close fight with Rashad. I know people think he was hampered by some injury against Rashad but his cardio and striking were as good as they've ever been, if not better.
But before Machida he had no great wins and a bunch of poor performances against poorer competition.
Thiago Silva isn't a real title contender, but he is super dangerous for most of the UFC's LHW division.
