Main Card:
Hioki vs. Jose Aldo [if they both win their next fights, sorry Chad Mendes]
Gives the card a title fight
Shogun vs. Hendo
This fight needs to happen for title picture and the fans
Big Nog vs. Shane Carwin
Japan loves Nog and Carwin's size would kind of be freakshowish
Okami vs. Wanderlei
Japan's best current fighter vs. the legend
Akiyama vs. either Diaz [if he loses to GSP] or the loser of Penn/Condit
Akiyama will be dangerous at this weight and Diaz loves the Japanese, but if he beats GSP then grab the loser of Condit/Penn. Japan would love either one's style.
Undercard:
Gomi vs. Anthony Pettis or Jeremy Stephens [depending on how everything shakes out with their upcoming bouts]
Gomi against Showtime or a warrior like Stephens would be a huge hit
Crocop vs. Stefan Struve [if he loses to Nelson] or Travis Browne [if he beats Nelson]
Crocop against a giant would sell in Japan
Kid vs. Torres
Hopefully old school Torres shows up. That Torres would be adored by Japan and he's a little far out of the title picture now so I could see him taking this fight.
Ebersole vs. Dong Kim [give some love to Korea too]
Ebersole would be loved by Japan with his style and Kim is a very good Asian fighter
Leben vs. Riki Fukada
After Leben loses to Munoz, you could make an argument for this one. Fukada is Japanese and Leben would be a hit in Japan.
