I don't hate Dan but being Strikeforce champ means shit. Dan is still not a top 5 LHW. He needs to beat 1 of the top 5 to get a title shot in the UFC.
according to you... and no1 else!!! lol

Shad's the #1 contender Machida's waiting in the wings And Hendo's about to rejoin the UFC
Silva vs GSP makes sense because both have cleared out there divisions and are the two leading candidates for the P4P crown. Plus GSP has the frame to move up.
Machida and Dan are not the next 2 after Rashad. Rua is ahead of both.
Sorry, but he isn't. He didn't ever defend the belt successfully and he didn't just pound the face of one of the best fighters ever. If Hendo re-enters the UFC he passes Rua for a shot if it happened today.

Why because he beat a barely top 10 LHW in Cavalcante or a washed up Fedor? or was it because he lost to Jake Shields who is now fighting at WW? Rua's win over Forrest is more impressive than anything Dan did in Strikeforce.

Most likely Dana agrees with me so that's all that matters

If Spider gets by Chael and Jones beats Page and Shad I see this fight happening. They will throw a LHW title shot at Spider and all kinds of money. I think he will take the fight.

He will never take that fight. He knows Jones would ruin him.

What does the LHW top ten look like?
Jones...then a cluster of Page, Rua, Evans and Machida with a case for any of those to be number 2-5. Then Dan?

I have it-
01. Jon Jones 02. Rashad Evans 03. Mauricio Rua 04. Quinton Jackson 05. Lyoto Machida 06. Dan Henderson 07. Forrest Griffin 08. Phil Davis 09. Rafael Cavalcante 10. Mo Lawal

Again, I would love to go back and take a look at your predictions before the fight. Now being the only man to KO Fedor is less impressive than Forrest's head being a bouncy ball for the 4th time

Fedor is finished. I still tipped him because I went with my heart. Dan's last fight at 205 in the UFC was against Franklin and he wasn't that impressive in that fight.

being the first person to ever stop Fedor Emelienanko counts for quite a bit, regardless if it was at Light Heavyweight or not. Are we really going to go with the "lost to a welterweight" thing again? Did Forrest Griffin and James Irvin get knocked out by a welterweight? I just don't see how there is seemingly no praise for doing something nobody ever did before in over 35 fights against guys like Semmy, Cro Cop, Nogueira, Choi, Sylvia, Arlovski, and Rogers? They may not be top 10 all time heavyweights but these are some of the hardest hitting and most skilled strikers ever in the division. It's clear you have some kind of underlying hatred for Dan Henderson. But it might be time to leave the baggage at home.

This is kinda what I have been thinking, it makes the most sense, and that is only about a year away I would say. Just cause he has said he does not want to fight Jones doesn't mean he won't, he does care about his Legacy and what a way to cement that as no doubt in anyones mind, and in my mind Jones hasn't proven anything yet he is a bad dude, but he has not been pressured yet and everything has gone his way, Silva knew by the middle of the first round what he wanted to do to Okami, you could just see his whole thought process lock in, I think he would do the same thing to Jones, as hard as he hits as a Middleweight add 20+ pounds behind precision striking.
