They should make a movie instead of a game. It would be better then the live action RE movies. But I'll probably play it at least once still.

Is this supposed to be 6 or a revamp or just a side story?

I don't know why but I never played a RE game. Wasn't it Playstation exclusive before?

I'm not sure. I bought it for the 360 but the more I play the PS3 the more I prefer that controller over teh 360 controller.
Still prefer the online experience of the xbox but both are good.

I was never bothered one way or the other with the controllers. I like PS3 but Gears is xbox exclusive so I could never choose PS3 over xbox. I don't need it for web browsing I have a desktop, laptop and smart phone for all that. Don't really buy DVDs so bluray didn't do me much good. I rent movies in HD on Zune, I'm good with that.

I think it was. I think I played 2 and 3 ont he original PS. Maybe PS2 for #3. They were solid. Creepy as shit at times. About the same time Silent Hill came out. That was scary too.

Yeah the ONLY reason I bought a PS3 is because I got a 3d tv a few months ago and decided that instead of buying a 3d blu ray player I would just buy a PS3 instead. Don't get me wrong, if I had to give up one or the other, I'd give up the PS3, but having the best of both worlds isn't a bad option either.

If my buddies PS3 didn't go out right before he had to head back to Japan I would still have my PS3. But it was mainly just a dust collector for me. But the option for bluray was there, which instantly made my dick bigger.

My PS3 has been in the box since I took Killzone 3 back to Gamestop. Though I will pull out for Blu-Rays and I will be absolutely buying The Last Of Us.

Not really, the previous games were available on the N64 and Gamecube. Resident Evil 5 was the first one to come to the xbox.

RE 1 2 and 3 were PS1 exclusive in the 90s. After that there were titles on most systems. Nintendo got a lot of Nintendo only titles though like RE 0.

Pretty sure RE 2 was on the N64.

They were all ported later to other systems but were originally PS1 exclusive. RE1 came out on Nintendo 7 years later, RE2 came out on Nintendo and other systems almost a year later, RE3 was already out on PS1 before the other systems got a ported version of RE2.

A limp and generic single-player is aided by a multiplayer offering with a few good ideas, but on the whole Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City doesn’t feel like a game that will provide enough entertainment to justify you shelling out. In fact if you can't get enough buddies together to form a squad for both the campaign and versus arenas, then you're probably better off giving this game a wide berth like you would the T-virus. A real shame.
