I mean if they were going to pass then put Sproles in but if they were going to run that same play 10 times I would want ingram as the guy carrying the ball on the goaline.

I think Sproles would be more productive in that role. That hole will be filled by the time Ingram gets there.

I think u guys underrate Ingram. He will be a good short yardage runner.

Dude Sproles did last night in one game all the things the Saints wish Reggie Bush could of done for them.

When they were down big early he was the guy that made the first big play off a little dump pass. When they were down agian he brought them back to withing a touchdown off a punt return. He is gonna shine for the saints because they feed off of a big play on offense and special teams, they are not a steady drive grinding team.

Ingram won't be bad, but will go only a step farther than the line can take him unfortunately.

Yeah he is exactly what they were looking for. He was overlooked/underrated in SD.

GDP I didnt say that Sproles wasnt awesome I just said on goaline carries Ingram would get all of them for me if i was Sean Payton.

He was definitely underrated in SD.

Underrated in the short yardage game. Atleast early on in the season, I just think he would be more productive then Ingram in that role. All I'm saying.

You think Sproles is better in short yardage? I dont think so but i dont think its a huge difference either way.

Yeah dude has great vision and speed. He will hit that hole before it closes.

If he was that fast and hitting the holes the way he was supposed to SD probably wouldnt have let him walk. I just have always been a power running guy over speed running. Guess its just growing up in the Big 10.

I don't know what you said, I just wanted to say that. That was what I was thinking last night as Sproles did his thing, Bush blows beans. I would of ran a similar play on the final down of the game as the Saints did.

Pierre was effective at breaking tackles last night as well. Turned a few of them into real nice gains. I didn't mind the play call at the end, the playaction earlier in the game when they turned it over on 4th down was terrible though. Whenever you have like 1/2 yard to go and don't run a QB sneak you deserve the worst to happen

Yeah Pierre also had a nice game i agree.

yeah Ingram was screwed from the get go but that play was destined to fail even if you had Larry Johnson with Tony Richardson blocking for him. That O-line got chopped immediately and the entire secondary was coming over the top before the ball even got handed off.

He had that one run in particular where he broke like 8 tackles for 12 yards . It was one of the linebackers who got him after running him down on his second tackle attempt of the play. Those type of runs are so awesome.

Awesome job by the Bears Organization with the tribute to the country on this 10 year memorial of 9-11!!!!!

Tampa is ridiculous, 11 rb runs? Like Freeman is gonna be a carry a team pass only qb in the 2nd through 4th quarter of a game.

Yeah it wasnt the best gameplan but i will take it lol.

They rebounded nicely after the bumbles in the first quarter.
