I'll start by saying the Seahawks are an awful team. Tavaris Jackson is just turrible...Niners were up 16-0..then they started "letting the defense" win it and that approach was supposed to be gone under Harbaugh..or so we all hoped.

It was good in the first half, then hard to watch all up until Ginn put on a show.

Alex Smith actually looked pretty solid out there, but much to my dismay, Harbaugh decided to play in conservative and force the ball to Gore even though he was not having success all day. This is what killed me about Singletary. The defense is strong but it's not THAT strong. The Niners need to give up this dreams of being a defensive smash mouth team and be what the Niners are supposed to be..an all around football team that above all else is gonna put points on the board. We have the guys to do that and Harbaugh is supposed to bring that.

Smith has always had a good connection with Vernon Davis, but it looks like he and Edwards can build something as well. Crabtree on the other hand is already in T.O mode without ever accomplishing anything.

Big IF...if the O-line can protect Smith regularly like they somewhat did today. Smith and the Niners will have a good season and could win the division.

We've had so many strong peices in place for so long, the teams problem has been the direction. Horrible coaches in Nolan and Singletary, a revolving door of shitty offensive coordinators(except McCarthy, Martz, and Turner who were one and done) and a consistantly awful offesnive line.

Other than a terrible 24 minute lapse in the second half which almost cost them the game..though i blame it on the conservative approach as a blame most of the Niners woes from the last 2-3 years, the team looked good.

I don't know. He used to own them with reckless abandon. He tagged them for over 200 yards a couple of times over the years, but they seem to keep him at bay nowadays.

I've had him on my fantasy team the last 2-3 years and I always get excited when I see Seattle and then halfway through the game when he's averaging 2.5 per carry, I'm reminded that he throws up bricks against them

i'm a dolphins fan unfortunately, but didn't feel too discouraged watching the patriots game.

defensively, i reckon you can put that down to fucking brady, they will be better next week. the performance of henne and the offense was very encouraging.
