counts of child abuse today when his young twin sons were found walking

At 2:20 p.m., a person told an officer about two small children walking alone near Road 1 North and Cactus Wren.

The officer immediately found two 2-year-old boys, one wearing just a
T-shirt, walking barefoot down Road 1 North, said Cmdr. Mark Garcia of
the Chino Valley Police Department.

I don't see the abuse here. Possibly endangerment. His kids ran away while he was working in the yard, he thought they were taking their nap. That happens a lot.

The kids were 2 years old. I'm surprised they were able to escape.

Once they can open a door, they can go just about anywhere. He was negligent.

He is lucky. Kid could have walked into a pull or out into the road. All kinds of shit could have happened.
