Kings is on record! Man I think your not giving meathead enough credit and im not his biggest fan but i think he wins this fight.

Meathead has progressed impressively since TUF but he's still very sloppy at times. Unless he drastically improves his striking I see him getting dropped and stopped by that sculpture of a man.

Yeah I agree. This fight could go either way and I wouldn't be surprised who wins. All I know is that it will be entertaining. Kongo should be a very slight fav due to his experience.

I think Meathead should add some takedowns to his game to make him much more dangerous.

Real talk ; Kongo has awful defense and is open to overhand rights all day long as Barry and Mir have shown. Meat's main issue is he keeps his hands low at times, but if he can correct that he might already be a better MMA striker, as he slips punches and counters extremely well. Training with Duke and Barry and the gang has really helped him. He has good movement too. Much better athlete, faster hands. Kongo could win but this is Meat's time. Meat has real upside while Kongo's finest moment was winning what should have been a DQ against a Crocop who already mailed it in by that point.

this will be the biggest step in Mitrione's career...getting knocked out by a middle of the pack guy in Kongo will teach Mitrione more than he learns from beating all the scrubs he's been fighting. lol at people acting like this is even a match based on Mitrione's recent work against exactly nobody..yet he still looks sloppy joe against the worst the UFC HW division has to offer.

If Kongo could fight the same way he looks he would be beast, Mitrione is for real, and Kongo will be stepping stone to much bigger fights
