I thought the ref did an adequate job. Remember their first job is to keep the fighters safe, second to keep the rules in place. He wasn't bad, compared to some. Maggatgote only got half-way decent through repeated bed reffing...

Kongo keeps choking, I used to like him...

He does not choke..he just fights more skilled fighters and loses...Mitrione does not fall in that category. Style wise and talent wise..Kongo would lick his chops at the sight of Mitrione.

Meat has five fights and debuted like a week ago. Kongo has a real career. Yet the fact Kongo vs Meat is even being debated shows how good of a fighter Kongo is and the upside of Meat, who isn't even with a legitimate high level camp if Chris Lytle is his head trainer and mentor.

Howard is only hurting himself here.

I got KOngo beating berry. Berry can win and if he does it will be the best win he has ever got and ever will get in the ufc. He has a very low ceiling at hw.

Like almost all the rights on this card it is a replacement or loser is fired match.

John Howard and Matt Brown is an exciting fight on paper...Howard's approach is dragging it down but it's looking like it will keep him in the UFC to see another fight if Brown does not pull out a finish.
