Who wins? Nate vs Story, Kongo vs Barry

Couldn't pick one or the other so I combined them

im going with Kongo and Story

Story has just looked awesome his last few fights and im not that big a fan of Marquart, plus i think the cut hurts him
Kongo is gonna look to smother Barry the whole fight, he'll get the takedown and hold him down

I hate picking against Story, people keep picking against him and he just keeps winning. I did pick him over Alves but I don't think Alves is on Nate's level. Right now I'm thinking Nate in a close fight.

Also I think Kongo will win. I kind of expect Kongo to go for a few takedowns and avoid too many exchanges on the feet. I'm hoping Kongo looks to stand for most of the fight just for my entertainment. Either way I think he gets by Pat.

At the end of the day Nate was taken down and controlled by Sonnen who is one of the best wrestlers in MMA. He even stuffed almost all of Okami's takedowns, just a fought stupid fight where he didn't let his hands go because he was so worried about the takedown. Don't think Story will really be able to take him down, he'll try to hold him up against the cage like he did with Alves but I think Nate will fight for the finish more.

I'm just really curious to what Nate will look like at WW, he wasn't a small MW. He claims to feel good and be stronger, faster..blah blah, but they always say that. Story is a tough fight for someone adjusting to a weight cut, he is a good size WW that is use to the cut. That is what I'm interested in seeing.

Story vs Nate depends on how the cut goes.

Barry's kicks have the potential to discourage Kongo.

I agree that the weight cut is a big factor in the Story vs Nate fight. Story is a strong WW and if Nate struggles with this cut then he could get controlled.
If Kongo gets discouraged I expect him to take Barry down, well I expect Kongo to go for some take downs anyways even if he is winning on the feet.

Obviously still has some weight to cut but Nate looks pretty ripped

Barry is going to kill Kongo then Nate wins if Story stands with him for most of the fight. If not them Story wins via wrestling.
