| You said you fight at 170 and walk around at like 200-205 lbs right?
I was just wondering what the weight cut is like, trying to cut 30+ lbs for fights, because today at the gym they were asking me if I would want to think about going down to 155 to fight which would be a 30+ lb weight cut. Just wondering how hard the conditioning and how difficult it is to cut that kinda weight.

| It is harder for a smaller person 170 to 155 than a bigger person 200 to 185. | |

| NO regret i walk at 205 diet to about 190-195 then i cut to 170. It sucks but its a few hrs of work I just use trash bags and sit in a sauna. Oh and also week of I start at 2-3 gallons of water and by thursday I drink 1 gallon or less and friday no water. If i ever fight again i am going to try cutting to 175 in sauna then shed last 5 on way to weigh ins. My friend did this recently and it worked well. I wouldnt try this first time though its just that if your fight is hr + away and your on empty and wanting to drink or eat something it can be a sucky ride. If you have any other questions just ask sorry if my response is all over the place I have a whiney little monkey crawling all over me | |

| Yeah I'm also considering switching gyms. A buddy I work with at the haunted house that im workin at, goes to this other gym thats pretty close to the one I go to and he really loves it, so I might start going there. Its cheaper and has just as good of training and equipment from what I hear. | |

| thats assuming an electrolyte imbalance farmer we are talking 3 days of that consumption do you really think it could harm you? Your body only has enough time to view as abundance so you let the water in your body go as a resuly.
regret weigh yourself before a hard workout (at mma gym) then after. I guarentee you loose 6-8 lbs per workout. you should be drinking over a gallon of water everyday IMO ( a good way to check is weigh yourself in the morning and go through a day and weight at night. expect to be 4-6 lbs heavier in evening and back to starting weight next morning
