With Richie Whitson having to withdraw due to an injury, MMAWeekly is reporting that Pete Spratt (22-19) will step in to set up a rematch with Marcus Davis (18- at MFC 30 in Edmonton on June 10th. Davis previously submitted Spratt at UFC 69.

In other MFC 30 news, the MFC webpage announced that Dhiego Lima (5-0), younger brother of MFC welterweight champion Douglas Lima, has signed a 4-fight deal with the promotion and will fight Jamie Toney (14-6) on the main card.

Current MFC 30 card:
Drew Fickett vs. Hermes Franca (for vacant LW title)
Marcus Davis vs. Pete Spratt
Curtis Demarce vs. Robert Washington
Sheldon Westcott vs. Thomas Denny
Dhiego Lima vs. Jamie Toney

For sure. Franca and Fickett were suppose to fight on the last card. The only two fights I have seen from the younger Lima have been exciting, I've enjoyed all the Lima brothers fights I have seen. Gotta love HDNet.

Good fight hope Marcus wins then retires. Agree with throwdown and OU MFC and HDnet are both very good for MMA fans. Someone needs to get Killer a stream of HDnet lol
