Looks like the new diet has trimmed Brock down a bit.

He hasn't been as big as he was for the second Mir fight in either of his last two fights. After the diverticulitis, his diet presumably changed and he thinned out a lot. Im not so sure thats a good thing for him.

looks significantly thinner. Not a good thing for him. His hugeness was his best asset.

Some were saying similar things post layoff about Brock, we'll see come fight time. But it's possible he wants to shead some weight to become quicker and more agile. Could help with his wrestling instead of being this huge giant looking for the power takedown, never know..

Wouldn't mind seeing him shed some weight. Would still have that raw athleticism and power when shooting the double but would add even more agility into the mix. Plus in these last 2 fights when he's gotten rocked and gone down to the ground, he's so fucking huge that he can't really move around and is just kind of stuck on his back and has to wade out the storm. Maybe this would help, maybe not
