| Nice win for the Tigers tonight over your boys OU. Not much pitching with a 13-7 final but still fun to watch. | |

| Giants win again after a CG for Matt Cain with 11 K's.
I'm happy to see ever since their 25th man put Posey out for the year, the Marlins season started flushing down the toilet while the Giants continue to win with the best pitching in baseball. Instant Karma gonna get youuu.

| I think the play was clean but he didnt have to hit the catcher. There was plate open that he could have slid into. | |

Not to mention Posey had dropped the ball before the hit and there was a lane. If he slid, he was safe. Anybody still saying Posey was blocking the plate refuse to watch the replay or have some deep hatred for the Giants..or both. and of course, being the champs...haters gonna hate. The karma comes from the Marlins tude afterwards. I don't remember saying the play was dirty. It was a traditional play and unfortunate..but obviously the karma police thought the Fish should pay for it anyway it seems to have turned out worse for the Fish since then because clowns like Logan Morrison are too busy trippin on our GM and Cousins is too busy crying because he's not welcomed back to his hometown over a play that he could have avoided to the same result, not like Cousins has much impact on that team anyway....they are on a 6 game schnide. How are the Reds doing Bobbitt? Inconsistant? well, it's not gonna get much better starting tommorow.

| I don't think its karma as much as it is Florida slowly tailing away from first place after a good start as they do year in and year out
As far as the Posey situation, I'm just echoing the sentiments of one Johnny Bench, the greatest mutha fuckin catcher of all-time

| Johnny Bench whole statement said Posey was blocking the plate..actually LAYING in front of the plate. Watch the replay and you can clearly see Cousins had a lane Of course you would not admit that even after watching a replay because you have already signed off because Johnny Bench said so....he clearly was NOT blocking the plate. So Bench is wrong, and possibly becoming senile.
When i first heard that Bench said Posey put himself in a bad spot, i thought he was going to be talking about Posey being on his knees and not in the squat off the catch...but then i read the quote and he was yapping about Posey blocking the plate which he was not.. If he was talking about Posey legs on the play..i would have agreed with him because thats why his leg broke but he decided to say Posey was in a position that anybody with a pair of eyes can see he was not in.
Bench may be the greatest catcher of all time...but nobody..not me, not fans, not other catchers such as Bruce Bochy and Mike Matheny need to be the greatest catchers to play the game to see that there was plenty of plate available for Scott Cousins.

I agree Kings there was a ton of plate there for him to slide.

| Good start by Cueto. He was getting squeezed by the umps early and the giants still did nothing. Bumgarner gets no fuckin respect from the Giants offense. Best 2-8 pitcher of all time.
Giants really fucked up in the 6th by bunting Freddy Sanchez. He's been the hottest hitter. There is no threat of a double play. Sanchez almost always puts the ball in play..and they bunt him over to bring up Huff who can just as easily strike out as he could get a fly ball.
Casilla got squeezed in the 8th as well. Votto should have been called out on strikes and the game should have stayed 1-0...not like it would have mattered with how the Giants bats were going tonight. Panda is coming back soon though.

| When it rains it pours on the Giants.
Their 3 best hitters Posey, Sandoval, and now Freddy Sanchez out. Our pitchers might just say fuck it...and it looks like that started with Lincecum today.
Atleast Sandoval is coming back for the Arizona series. Hopefully they can score a split with Cincy manana.
