| Great video, he was too fast for the camera, really wish he didn't die so young. | |

| I've seen parts of that 4, but not the whole thing in sequence.
Love Bruce.
Total shame that he was not chosen for the lead in the show Kung Fu.

| Damn he was fast and damn he was great. Only if he was still alive. I would've loved to see him talk about modern MMA. | |

| I don't really like the water analogy because there wasn't shit soft about Bruce, he was probably as fit as you can be. He was as ripped as possible. | |

Yeah he was using that as an analgoy for the movements in Kung Fu, Bruce practiced much more then just Kung Fu.

yeah but water penetreates over along period of time, Bruce would hurt you in less than a second.

yeah but water penetreates over along period of time, Bruce would hurt you in less than a second. But the analogy wasn't about himself. He meant that if your view is to be as hard and rigid as possible you will become worn over time like anything else. Mountains have been reduced to valleys and canyons by water.

| Maybe I'll have to watch it again but wasn't the water analogy about the movements of kung fu? | |
