But there's a bunch of good fighters who could potentially be available soon, Sandro, Hioki, Kanehara....

I heard Kitaoka maybe headed to SF

Khalidov, Misaki, Nakamura, Okuno, Brian Cobb, Blanco, Dahm, and Maeda are some other guys with decent upside value in my opinion. They get a lot of other names in and out over the years.

I'd love Khalidov in the UFC or SF, but isn't he tied to KSW?

Sengoku break-out star Maximo Blanco spoke to MMAWeekly.com recently,
and there are some interesting bits of info here. The Venezuelen
Lightweight fighter confirms that he has left Sengoku, and is now
looking to make his name in the US. Blanco has signed with US based
management company SuckerPunch Entertainment, and is hoping they can
help him as he looks to make his stateside debut. SuckerPunch
represents some quality, upper level fighters, including UFC names like Pat Barry and Donald Cerrone, plus fighters for Strikeforce, Bellator, and various other organizations.

However, while Shelby said he would love to add Hioki to his roster, he
noted several times that the organization has never talked to Hioki or
his management due to his contract with SRC. Simply put, the UFC can't
even entertain the idea of signing Hioki until he is either released
from his SRC contract or fulfills his final fight obligation. Any
negotiation with a contracted fighter would be considering tampering and
could lead to severe legal problems.
