Im not huge on the one night events. But SF has mulled the idea over, and even had the womens tourney be a one night affair. But there are many states that won' even sanction these events, and the ones that due demand so many rule changes that it cheapens the individual fights as we saw in the womens tourney.

But in Japan, I assume the commissions would be more leniant and allow for standard fight lengths and such.

Do we think one night tourneys in Japan are part of the long term plan?
