It doesn't seem like Anderson is going 100% like the other guy. Silva gets hit pretty damn hard near the end and gets mad and turns it around pretty quickly. Watching this kind of annoys me though because I keep waiting for Anderson to throw a kick or knee but it never comes.

Whats with everyone sparring at the wildcard lately ? Is Roach heavily involved with MMA now ?

Karate and Boxing much more directly involved in current MMA striking than in the past.

I love it.

that was pretty sweet.

Moments in there in which Silva was doing a great job using his angles.

Flashes of Roy Jones in there as well.

Any idea who the other guy was?

I have no interest in seeing him box ..

I mean the dude is a madman when standing in a cage.. seeing him limit his skills is unappealing.

If that was Roy Jones he was sparring with I would say he's a good boxer. Since that guy wasn't, not so much. He's a very good boxer for MMA standards though. Even though Roy Jones is old and slower he'd prolly eat up Anderson in a boxing match at this point. JMO
