Champ? it'd take the perfect setup of matchups in either the UFC or SF and a really focused Timmy, he'd have to avoid certain guys who would more then likely finish him. But I still think Timmy has some life left, and if he looks good in this next fight would like to see him get a shot in either Org.

If Sylvia could get his head out of his ass, show up in shape, mentally focused, well trained, he could be a threat in any organization. He has mental issues that keep him from reaching another title.

I think he is done. If he fights until he wins another title he maybe fighting like Evander Holyfield lol.

timmy is sad talent gone to waist(ala rico). one of the most underatd hws of the past decade,in his prime(aka 265 weigh in) 2001-2008 ,guy only lost to the elite..a prime timmy would of beaten guys like crocop, randleman,arlovski n others but would of still have lost to fedor,mir,randy n nog....not bad

a prime timmy did beat arlovski(twice)..... we all saw how a primed cro cop did against guys larger than him once fought in a cage,heck his biggest win was over pro wrestler barnett who has always needd juice to compete.other than that cro cop as well lost pretty much all his big fights against the elite like nog n fedor....randleman, well was never to great against strikers..anyways, once against a prime timmy has always been one of the most underrated hws of the past decade
