Jon Jones involved in a car crash

UFC light heavyweight Jon Jones was involved in a car crash today,
although he was not injured and his fight against Ryan Bader at UFC 126
will go on, according to his Twitter.
The other person involved in the collision was a woman who was carried
out on a stretcher. There has been no word on her condition.

That sucks!!! I hope the lady is OK and Bones is cool as well. Hopefully the fight is still on track after all the details come out.

He could have ran a light or stop sign or something. His front end was fucked up so he could have rear ended her. I'm just saying, he doesn't have to be intoxicated for it to be his fault.

He could have ran a light or stop sign or something. His front end was fucked up so he could have rear ended her. I'm just saying, he doesn't have to be intoxicated for it to be his fault.

I'm guessing the angle at which the impact was made did it. Notice how the majority of the damage is on that side and how the hood is crinkled up alot more way up near the glass there. The impact may have forced the frame to bend or dent there which would have caused the windshield to become "pinched".

That or he had some unlucky motherfucker riding shotgun.

there really seems to be a center point of the windshield break, as if something hit it, and not a frame pinch.

But seems awful low for it to be the head of the passenger, and it kind of looks like an airbag.

Did something hit it from the outside?

And I can't figure what kind of car it is either.

I 'spose it's possible something from the outside hit it, but what? I can't imagine shit was flying around at the time with the kind of weight to smash a windshield like that. Now that you mention it it does look like the central point is above the seam where it would be effected by a frame crush but I can't think of anything besides someone's skull who may have been sitting there that could have done it. I seriously doubt the airbag did it because if it was angled that high it'd be pretty useless as an airbag. Then again with these crashes lots of shit that don't seem right can happen.

Shows what being a 6'4" 240 lb. athlete can do for you physically.

You run a stop sign and kill someone, you have to worry about more then insurance.

That's called driving without insurance here in NJ. And the penalty's are worse then a DUI.
