I am gonna be the MMA analyst for WHAS-840 RADIO!!!!!!

WOOT! I just called into to the 8pm sports radio show to talk about the CARDS and mentioned the UFC show on March 3rd. I was cut off immediately by the host and was like WHaaaaaa? He said, "Yeah but I heard it was a lame card." and my reply was that there were no belts on the line, but the card is stacked with great fights. He then said he didn't know much about the sport and he knew it was the number one sport for the male demo of 18-54 or some shit??? He then asked me to hold on the line. Then his guy who answered the phone asked me if I wanted some spots on the show next month as an MMA analyst. I was like HELL YEAH!

I will keep you guys posted! I hope I can plug where I sell cars and I will definately tell about NP. I am pretty sure some of you guys in the Midwest can listen to the show. I will find out more and keep you guys posted. AWESOME!!!!!!

I know. I just called in to talk about sports on my way home from work too. I am hyped for it! I hope they dedicate a few minutes a week about MMA in the long run. I know people will call in to talk about MMA. I bet he just wants to talk about the UFC show a little bit on his show next month since they are gonna be in Louisville. I can only hope for the best.

I used to do that for the local ESPN. They were even gonna comp me tickets to cover a local event but the show got canceled. Do they record this show for podcasts? Can you record it so we can listen man. Do work BBC.

I thought about that. I know they mention something called 'I HEART RADIO' and I have know idea what that is? I hear people call in from all over the USA that are CARDS and wildcat fans and talk about it. I don't know if it is on their phones or if it is a podcast??? I will try to find out. Shit you guys could call up and we could make a show out of it!!!!!! Radio stations love it when their shows are busy with callers. If they give me a plug and I am on for a few minutes you guys coud flood the lines with MMA calls and the station would be like "Hey!" Let's take over Ninja's!

I was on our local radio show today but it was Bears talk. I figured I'd discuss the sport I am a fan of and not the one I write about.

I will definately try to record it so we can hear it or find out if you guys can listen to it. The channel is 840am so you can check to see if you get it. I haven't listened to am radio when I have traveled north, but I know I have picked up 840 in Georgia and Tennessee. The show is on at 8-9pm est and is hosted by Lachlan McLean. It won't be until next month, but I will let you guys know when I get the emial from them about it all. I will probably sound like an ass to you guys, but that won't be the first time I have looked like an ass in front of my nuckas!

I used to call in to this show all the time on my way home from work back in 05-07. Now I work in Ft Knox again so I have time to listen to the show on my way home. I am glad I called in and mentioned UFC.

I'm known as the "local MMA guy" on our local Sports show. They have a channel on ustream so If I ever talk again for a extended period you guys could listen. I actually got free tickets to a couple local MMA shows. Including Extreme Cage Combat 8.0 that is on Jan.29.

We should all be calling in to local radio shows about MMA. There isn't anything around here dedicated to MMA. I have only seen one story about MMA in the Courier Journal and that was about Brock when he was admitted to the hospital and they didn't know what was wrong with him yet. That was one little paragraph also. I think Newspapers are missing out myself. I mean they could have one section with daily MMA news. I would get the paper every day if they did.

Yeah the local guys here try and they pump MMA, they just don't know a whole lot about it. Especially details about fighters. But they did have mmajunkie on awhile ago.

People calling into radio stations seems like such an old idea to me. Probably because I haven't listened to the radio in about 5 years now. Good job guys

I work at a desk, without the radio on I wouldn't be able to make it. I can't listen to music but talk radio is fine. So sports radio it is.
