So the NCAA admits they only care about how much money comes in?

How fucked up is this Ohio St situation? Those guys are douches for getting rid of the stuff they did, but I can't believe the NCAA would blatantly say that they are suspended, but not till next year.

I know it's becoming old news but hadn't seen any input on here about it.

they gave away game jerseys , gold pants and rings also. the system is old they still haven't changed the rules since way back in the day.

Players have been in trouble for this before, the coach's confirmed that these guys have been told atealst 2 seperate times that this was against the rules. All players with any sense knew it was wrong. Blame the players for being dumbass'. There are some of those on every team.

Haven't brought it up cause it pisses me off. I would rather they have to sit the bowl game and not fuck our next season up but whatever. They're basically telling Pryor to go pro, hows he gonna improve his draft status by playing the last half of next year?

They also got in trouble for selling off various awards they have won (another thing most football players do)

wont name names but a former Longhorn stole a teammates 2006 National Championship ring, sold it on Ebay, kept the money, the kid was given a new ring and the thief was booted from the team.

No one is telling him to go pro. He has absolutely no stock. They actually traded that shit for tats and sold some of it.
The fucked up thing is this was almost two years ago. aJ Green got nailed within a couple weeks and was suspended immediately.

OSU has been busted for all kinds of shit over the years! Those bastards.

As much as I support the Big Ten, the NCAA definitely treats them differently sometimes.
