Only Trinidad's PPV's did 400k plus. With Mayorga, Winky, and Jones Jr.

Zab was still with King for the Cotto fight but Arum might've bought him out for that one fight, like he's doing with Mayorga now. I dont see any "Don King Promotions" banner anywhere looking at the footage.
