| UFC has done changed the game again.
Fans for the first time were able to get all Dancing with the Stars and vote on what was the Fight of the Night, a $100,000 dollar prize for the recipients. No small change for all but two fighters on this card, well, one really.
The main event was the main fight on the card, but was it the best? Was it a Fight of the Night worthy battle that has often accompanied such a prize? Fan's who voted seemed to think it was. But what do you think. Were there other fighters who fought it out at UFC 124 who were more deserving of receiving the $100,000 pot of gold and honor of having fought in the Fight of the Night?
Speak your mind! | |

| There were a lot of quick fights, but the Riddle Pierson battle was entertaining. A sloppy but tough kid giving it all he had and a crisp opponent giving it right back. My FotN. | |

| I think Wolf's signature was deserving for fight of the night, but having to adjust to the way it is, I would have gone Riddle/Pierson as well. The main event was like watching Steven Segal's "Above the Law" or "Under Siege", nobody came close to hurting him and Kos didn't come close to doing much at all, with the exception of a takedown in the 1st period. | |

Yeah it's one of those things you have to plan out so you can watch from start to finish. | |

| Riddle vs Pearson was pretty sloppy to me, Riddle coming forward throwing punches like a robot was hilarious, but at the same time horrible technque. I thought GSP vs Kos was too onesided to be up for FOTN, Kos barely did anything on GSP. Too me, even though also fairly onesided, Alves vs Howard was FOTN, Howard landed at times, but the overall technique and quality of the fight was much better then Riddle vs Pearson IMO. | |
