| I saw this a few weeks ago. Its sick how fast they built that thing. Pretty neat how all the pieces were designed to just lock into each other. | |

Depends on where it's done, there is a building smaller than that being built in my town to replace a flood damaged building that the ground broke on last year. It's maybe half done... | |

Yeah, emergency construction is different. They are allowed to by pass the 34,697.3 local, state, and federal guidelines which drag down construction time and project delivery nationally without even getting into labor talk. | |
