Hesdy Gerges vs. Yusuke Fujimoto Set for K-1 World Grand Prix Final 8

In a bit of positive K-1 news, Hesdy Gerges has finally found an opponent for December 11th at the Ariake Colloseum at the K-1 World Grand Prix 2010 Final 8 in a Super Fight. He is now set to fight Yusuke Fujimoto, in what will mark Fujimoto's apparent last appearance in K-1 and serve as his retirement bout.

Note what is missing here? This will not be a reserve bout as originally intended for Gerges.

So no matter what, Hesdy Gerges is out of the K-1 World Grand Prix for this year and will only be participating in a Super Fight. It is a shame that Badr Hari couldn't sort out his legal matters earlier and make the huge rematch happen, but that will have to wai
