| Answer the poll question and this,
If Hughes wins does that put him into the title picture at WW? Who would be next for him and how many more wins until a title fight?
If Penn wins where does that put him at WW? Top 10? Better?
What should Penn do if he loses?

| I have zero idea how to call this fight. Too many variables. | |

| If Hughes gets his fourth win in a row I think he should fight a number one contender fight. A Fitch, Shields, Condit, or the Loser of GSP/Kos level fight. If he got the 5 in a row he would deserve the shot, which makes me think Fitch should be who he fights if it came to that because he is deserving as well since no one can beat him except GSP in the past 8 years.
If Penn wins I think he has more work to do if he wants to stay in that division. For the UFC it will be very tempting to get him a title shot asap though. I'd like to see him fight Alves, Hardy, or Kampman, then a top 5 maybe and get through them before talk of a title shot.
If Penn Loses he is gonna be a sad little dumpling. He'll probably retire and take up poetry. Or, if he loses I'd like to see him fight Alves, Hardy, or Kampman.

| If BJ wins he is headed back to LW for a title shot I'd expect, or a contender fight.
I don't know if Hughes has another title run in him. He doesn't want all the added pressure. He wants compelling interesting winnable paydays.

| I don't know if Hughes would want a piece of GSP again. Hard to say at this point. | |

| No one knocks back a title shot at that age. The money alone is worth it. |

| we just saw bj get dominated in his last fight at lw by the new #1 lw in the world. we just saw hughes win dominate his last opponent who was no push over. with that said i see hughes as the older more torn fighter. no way would hughes stand any sort of chance against gsp. neither would bj but i could see bj picking hughes on his feet and hughes not havin the stregnth he once had to try to hold bj down. bj by dec or sub | |

| BJ outboxes Hughes for most of the fight, avoids the majority of the takedowns, Hughes wins the 3rd with a little LnP. Judges see as a Split Decision win for BJ
Hughes is able to get BJ down with his farmer strength and superior wrestling, BJ makes rds interesting by outboxing Hughes, Judges see it as a Split Decision win for Hughes.
Hughes winning puts him 1 fight away from a Title shot IMO, but that doesn't mean it's Dana's. I can see him fight a Fitch coming off a win over Ellenberger, maybe fighting Condit if he beats Lytle, though he could fight Lytle too who'd have strung some impressive wins together at that point. Or he might get an immediate shot.
BJ would be top 10, but not sure either way he doesn't go back down to LW, a loss, he's at a crossroads but still think he'd go back down to LW and fight a Top conderder.

| BJ will defend the takedowns and end up rocking Hughes in the 2nd for the TKO win.
-BJ will then drop back down to 155 for a contender fight or put him in number one contender spot. I think it will depend on who wins between Frankie and Gray.
-If I'm wrong, which Gods knows I have been for BJs last two fights, then Hughes should def be in line for a contender bout.
