Pacquiao vs Margarito : The Card and my Thoughts

Ok first off this is a pretty good card that would have been really good if Pavlik hadn't pulled out.

Mike Jones 22-0 18 KOsvs Jesus Soto Karass 24-4-3 16 KOs - Ive seen both fight good amount and Karass live twice. Jones is a tough prospect who throws a punch at a time. Karass always seems to be in a ugly brawl of fight never a boxing competition. Should be entertaining, provide some fireworks and have some drama. This is a step up for Jones and Karass could beat him and I wont be surprised at all if Karass wins.
My Prediction: Mike Jones by KO late or on points

Guillermo Rigondeaux 6-0 5 KOs vs Ricardo Cordoba 37-2-2 23 KOs - MMA guys CHECK OUT RIGONDEAUX!!! Boxing guys to if you havent seen him. THis is a 30 year old who seems to be a kid. One of the best amateurs of recent memory 243-4 record. Oh ya he won 2 Gold Medals as well. Cordoba is a tough wily vet who will try to make this a brawl he will not want to box against Rigondeaux cause this kid is damn good at boxing. This will be a master performance by whoever wins, thats a guarantee.
My Prediction: Rigondeaux KO by 8

Manny Pacquiao 51-3-2 38 KOs vs Antonio Margarito 38-6 27 KOs - The main event, should be very entertaining. Look, Margarito is a natural welter fighting at 150, Manny is a blown up lightweight fighting at 150 this will be very interesting to see. Margarito has looked horrible lately and Pacquiao has looked as good as it gets lately. I still just dont know how Pacquiao can get away from that power and size. Pac looked busted up after the Cotto win. The key is if Margarito can avoid the initial speed onslaught and not let Pac move all over the place. Margarito is 10 times slower than Pac but he triples hooks and uppercuts, something Clottey didnt do. I have a harder time than most picking this fight.
My Prediction : Margarito by KO 11, losses first 5 rounds but starts hurting Manny.

well i was off on the margarito fight, Jones should have lost in a great scrap and Rigondeaux was boring as hell

still not bad going 2-1
