Subject: Robert Guerrero to probably face Vicente Escobedo on Nov 6th Fri Sep 10, 2010 4:18 pm
On another front, Schaefer said lightweight Robert Guerrero (27-1-1, 18 KOs), ticketed to fight on Golden Boy's Nov. 6 HBO card, probably will face 2004 U.S. Olympian Vicente Escobedo (22-2, 14 KOs), who is also with Golden Boy.

Not a bad fight, Escobedo could take it because hes bigger and has better techque from being with Nacho. I like the fight, Escobedo had a thrilling fight with Katsidis last year, I see this fight as a fun one to watch.
BTW Ali, that Martinez quote is classic lol

Its time for Guerrero to step up and make a statement. Stop fighting faded or c-level fighters.

I guess it was too much to have him fight Vazquez, instead we get another faded C-level GBP fighter.
