| Kenny Florian is actually the rare fighter that can ground and pound from the bottom.
Kongo has finished a lot of guys with his ground and pound.

| Kenflo has excellent GNP as does Randy. Coleman was good and an originator, but not great. J Jones, Brock, GSP, Sonnen, Lindland, Dunham, T Griffin they are all really excellent in that area too. | |
