Okay .. so LA losing the belt to Tim at UFC 119 makes this final a bit less confusing .. because If LA happened to win and hold the belt .. I would have had to do something like bird matchup against whoever won the consolation bracket...

Which event is the GP final slated for? Also, does the champ defend his title before then or does he wait for the GP winner?

the GP final is for 120 .. than Tim will matchup with the winner at 121 ..

120 seems anit-climactic with the headliner being Bisping/Akiyama, but I'll let you and Bird pick whatever you want

You could easily just make it the Brock-Cain card since it is only 1 week later.

121 would be cooler but hey no complaints 120 works

I think GolbeZ idea is best. That way we get the GP winner getting a title shot this month and we can even do a number 1 contenders match at 121 if GolbeZ wants that too.
