21 isn't near as big where you are, what is the drinking age 18? I read that you are allowed to order wine with meals when you are 16 in some areas, is that right? Also I read something about a drink that is half beer and half 7-UP? Shandy?

You can marry at sixteen and drink at 18, 21 is still pretty big though it marks the beginning of adulthood. I don't know about ordering wine that could be France. LOL Shandy is a little bit of alcohol with lemonade.
