I donno why im not as stoked for this card as everyone else is. The spectre of a Hughes-Almeida fight sucking the life out of the card before a main event that will either be a lay and pray fest or a bad quick embarrassing uncompetitive KO really concerns me.

Fitch really hasn't fought anybody worth a damn since his loss to GSP. He'll struggle to get and keep Alves down IMO. I could see him wearing himself out with takedown attempts and getting stopped by Thiago in the 2nd or 3rd. I can only pray his name and title shot aren't in the same sentence after this card
