| BoxingScene.com was advised by sources close to both parties that former two division champion Zab Judah (38-6, 26KOs) will likely face Jose Armando Santa Cruz (28-4, 17KOs) on July 17 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. I've heard a catch-weight of 143-pounds has been agreed upon by both sides.

| Another show at The Rock i'll be at. I was hoping he'd fight Randall Bailey, but my guess is that he's hoping to get one of the big four at 140. |

| Zab will never get a big fight at Jr Welterweight if he keeps fighting nobodies at catch-weights. |

| He's got to get on TV first. He needs to fight a decent opponent on TV at 140 after this, maybe then he'll get something big, although he already ruled out Alexander because of Don King. |

| He should have fought Malignaggi in New York when he had the chance. That would have been good fun. |

| Santa Cruz was at the wrong end of one of the worst robberies I've ever seen. It was against Casa on ESPN. |

| Zab Judah is DONE! Every time I hope he has something left that he would dump his pops and get a trainer to teach him more than to just sit in the pocket and try to catch his opponent coming in with an uppercut! Kid does not jab or last more than 4 rounds anymore!! |

| Santa Cruz was robbed of the Ring lightweight championship of the world, and the pay days that would have followed. |

I know about the outcome, but how much of a robbery was it ? did Cruz dominate Joel ? |

yes he did. Tessitore and Atlas were in disbelief when the scores were read, and so was I. It really wasn't even close. |
