| SO I was bet I could not do this without stopping to walk, stipulation was that I could not deviate from my current workout routine(no cardio) I have been able to do circuits some rolling.

| Good luck, running a marathon is a hell of an accomplishment. If you haven't trained for it you're gonna be hurting. Running 26 miles is no joke. | |

| well I am finished and glad I did it, its not cardio at all for me just gueling and pounding on the feet ankles that bothered me. | |
